Help with Ricorda

For a technical issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Ricorda version, and what you were doing. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

Music and playback

Ricorda works with your Apple Music library and the Apple Music catalog. Catalog streaming requires an Apple Music subscription. Check that Ricorda has Music access in iOS Settings and that the song is playable in Apple Music.

Core and Pro

Core is included with the app. Ricorda Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. You can purchase or restore Pro from Ricorda Settings. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase. Some intelligent features require supported hardware and Apple model availability; many other Pro features work without Apple Intelligence.

Widgets and weather

Open Ricorda after installing or updating it so it can prepare widget data. Right Now needs location permission for weather. iOS controls background widget refresh timing, so updates may not be immediate.

Listening memories

History reflects the data available to Ricorda. Enable Sync Listening History with iCloud in Settings to share Ricorda’s listening memory across your devices. Apple Music’s complete historical listening record is not automatically available to other apps.

Explore from Apple Music

Open a song’s Share menu and choose Explore with Ricorda. You can read song information and follow credits without leaving the sheet. Playback choices and discovery mixes depend on the selected item and your Core or Pro access.

Purchases and refunds

Apple manages billing and refunds. For a refund request, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page. For help restoring Ricorda Pro, email us.
